1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Time Frame: You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Exclusions: Certain products such as consumables, accessories, and custom-made items may not be eligible for refund. Refund eligibility is determined at our discretion.

2. REFUND PROCESS

Request a Return: Email support@swswelding.com.au or call +61 3 5766 2331 with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to confirm they meet our refund criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued.

3. REFUND DETAILS

Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

Timeframe: Please allow 5–10 business days after your return is received and approved.

Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and select other products are non-refundable.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@swswelding.com.au or +61 3 5766 2331 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

5. WARRANTY CLAIMS

For warranty-covered items, please refer to our separate Warranty Policy. Warranty terms may differ from this Refund Policy.

6. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Return Eligibility: International orders are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.

Shipping Responsibility: All international return shipping costs, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Declarations: Mark returned items as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional import charges.

Tracking Required: A trackable international shipping service is required for all returns.

Refund Processing: Refunds for international returns may take longer depending on transit times and customs processing, but we aim to process all eligible refunds within 10 business days of receiving the return.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Specialised Welding Systems and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of use, or any other economic loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
