UPGRADE YOUR TIG SETUP

OVERVIEW

The SWS Wireless Foot Pedal provides variable amperage control for compatible TIG welding machines. Wireless operation removes the need for a pedal cable on the workshop floor and allows greater freedom of movement around the job, while maintaining control behaviour comparable to conventional wired foot pedals

Refined Through Practical Use

PRODUCT BACKGROUND

Supplied with the ALUMTIG 200 over multiple production iterations and updated through workshop use. The current version reflects these revisions. Designed, engineered, and assembled in Australia by SWS using local and internationally sourced components.

  • Wireless Communication

Uses Bluetooth Low Energy with adaptive frequency management to reduce interference and maintain a stable connection in busy 2.4 GHz environments.

  • Power & Operation

Battery powered with up to 600 hours of operation under typical use conditions. Automatic sleep and wake behaviour reduces power consumption when not in use.

  • Mechanical Construction

Aluminium housing with a powder coated finish, non slip pedal surface, and rubber feet to provide stability during use.

  • Control Behaviour

Provides variable amperage control suitable for TIG welding applications, with pedal response designed to match conventional wired foot pedals.

  • Charging Interface

Internal rechargeable battery charged via a standard USB-C connection. No proprietary chargers or disposable batteries required.

  • Setup & Pairing

Simple pairing process for compatible machines, allowing the pedal to be placed into service without complex configuration.
