30-Day Trial

SWS offers a 30-day trial period on eligible products. Machines may be used in a workshop environment to assess suitability. If the product does not meet requirements, it may be returned for a refund in accordance with the conditions below.

Return Shipping

If you wish to return a product, please contact SWS to obtain a return authorisation. A return shipping label will be provided.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount for trial or change of mind returns. Return shipping costs for products with a fault or failure covered under Australian Consumer Law will be handled in accordance with ACL requirements.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected and confirmed to meet the return criteria.

30-Day Return Conditions

1. The machine must be in working condition and returned in a condition consistent with normal trial use.
2. The machine must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and contents supplied at purchase.
3. Factory fitted 15 A plugs must not be modified or tampered with.
4. Any damage to the machine, components, leads, or accessories may result in a deduction from the refund amount.
5. Minor cosmetic marks consistent with normal workshop use on torches, leads, or earth clamps are acceptable.
6. A return authorisation must be obtained from SWS prior to returning the product.

Non-Compliant Returns

If a returned product does not meet the above conditions and the return is not related to a fault or failure covered under Australian Consumer Law, a refund may not be issued. In such cases, return shipping back to the customer will be at the customer’s expense.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
