iNERTSYNC™ - The whole gas process, handled.
We have developed a fully integrated real time gas control system built into the machine. It replaces the guesswork of manual flow adjustment with intelligent automatic gas management from pre to post flow, giving you better welds, less waste, and one less thing to think about.
What it does
Gas flow is controlled digitally by the machine. Set your parameters once and the machine automatically optimises flow rate for your torch setup, amperage, and conditions. No more adjusting the flowmeter on your regulator between jobs, no more burnt tungstens, and no more ruined welds from forgetting to turn the gas on. If flow drops below the set threshold the iNERTIA 220 stops output before the damage is done.
Built in purge port
For pipe and tube welding, iNERTSYNC™ includes a dedicated gas purge port on the machine. Connect your back purge hose directly and control purge flow rate and duration from the panel. Paired with the optional SWS O₂ Sensor, a wireless Bluetooth device that tells you exactly when your pipe is ready to weld. No more guessing, no more separate oxygen meter, no more ruined jobs.
